I project managed the Buy As You View TV ad right from initial briefing meetings with prospective agencies through to being on set and final edits. Although I didn’t creatively direct the TV ad, I did provide creative input to ensure that it was on-brand, suitable for the target audience, and compliant to ClearCast and FCA guidelines. This included location recces, casting, prop and interior design input, backing music selection, and being on set to ensure each scene ticked all the boxes. I also provided input to the on-screen visuals and graphics.

A large part of the project was to ensure ClearCast and FCA compliance, so throughout the process, we had to strike a balance between promoting the brand/products and being as open and transparent as possible. Ultimately, this heavily influenced the advert.
