I was responsible for project managing all of the marketing tasks for the new Buy As You View website launch. This included re-writing content, creating assets for all pages, providing design guidance to the external agency, managing internal resources, liaising with other departments such as IT and Legal, and overseeing all marketing related areas of the site. Not only that, it was all achieved within in an 8 week time period.
Since launch, I have been responsible for ongoing website monitoring, analysis and optimisation using tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, heat maps, website recording and usability testing. This in-depth analysis, working closely with the internal Business Intelligence team, helped influence design changes to deliver UX improvements. I managed all website updates with an external agency using the Trello project management tool and undertook all the wireframing and prototyping myself using Adobe XD, Photoshop and InVision.
