I created a striking identity for a local property development business, BXU Properties.

Following an initial briefing meeting I presented a range of ideas that I developed and refined into the final design. This included some basic design guidelines which outlined fonts, colours, and logo variations. I also undertook some initial brand development options by producing some in-situ mockups and looked at using the X icon as a key part of the brand identity.

I will continue to develop the brand in partnership with BXU Properties as their business grows.
