I was the design lead for EcoOnline’s InfoExchange product, implementing UX and UI improvements to the existing product and completely re-designing their web app.

Work included:

  • Discovery and research
  • Persona creation
  • Mapping out and improving user journeys based on user feedback
  • Prototype feedback and testing
  • Creating responsive designs for the new web app
  • Working with a design system and component library
  • Developing solid relationships with the development team to help with implementation.

A vital part of the design process was to map and improve the complex user journey and understand how different user personas interacted with the app.

I worked with the team to create this process flow that was used to create prototypes for the new “OneApp” product.
